My personal opinion is they want to up list to the Nasdaq or NYSE/Amex as quickly as possible. They will attempt to drive the price higher, RS and move up. Not quite that simplistic but I believe that is their goal.

Once Don updates the OTC Markets site and makes their assets known this stock may explode upwards to reflect true value.

Whatever transpires here it’s all good!
