I bet my name on this one. If I got this whole thing wrong, I will terminate myself forever from iHub. But let me repeat this one more time: Oleg Firer will be the new CEO, he will divest the current NETE business to RXMD. His buddies at Star Capital Fund will pour a huge amount of money into this transaction to help the newly formed $100M company uplist to the Nasdaq. The Net Element group will help/transfer Telemedicine and Blockchain Technologies to Progressive Care. This news will most likely be announced next week.
