What is the function of the CAPITAL MARKETS? Why is it there, and what purpose does it serve in a positive way for all public companies large or small to utilize?

Although it has been discussed many times on this board exactly what that FUNCTION is, why bother providing this benefit if companies are not supposed to utilize it? The answer is rhetorical. It's there for a reason across the board. That to help companies grow and succeed.

As far as work ethic is concerned. It doesn't take rocket science (not even science) to figure out that they are not putting in any standard work week. At times shareholders have been told late in the evenings that certain upgrades have been JUST submitted to the Google Playstore and the Apple Store. Elementary conclusion as to the FACT not FICTION that they are working enormous work hours.

Completely FALSE on the idea of "if they ever get to the point of having revenue...." ARknet has been generating money and will increasingly generate more. The company will be issuing an updated filing (on the recent 10-Q) to reflect this as the company stated they would.

Do ones who work for companies do it for free (I am not talking about the company officials because they have NOT and are NOT taking any salary whatsoever). There are Auditors that have to be paid among others (Tautachrome is a 100% Compliant Company with the SEC and therefore gets Audited for everything they do). IT is a distinction that most Pinks who do not have as far as filing requirements. It would be nice if such ones who do work for Tautachrome waved their fees, but does this happen in the REAL WORLD? Obviously No.

How do you know their work habits? Are you there? A buyback requires something to buy back with. These guys are still selling shares. If they ever get to the point of having income, then we will go. Also that's when professional investors get involved

NO ONE HAS TO BE THERE to see the evidence of what is happening. It would be nice if ARknet created itself but AI isn't to that level of complexity currently.

Once the company starts making the sufficient amount of revenues the share buyback will take place. The company has never been silent on that point but have always been very vocal in expressing exactly what they will do.

It's not a point of if they are making income. ARknet IS making revenue (and has been) and there will be as stated by Tautachrome a filing that comes out that reflects it. Also there is no question as to if share buybacks might happen. Share buybacks will happen.
