Sue for what? I think the better question is when you guys don’t get one penny are you going to try and sue PWC, the two federal judges, the creditors and all the lawyers for signing a deal that left shareholders to lose their entire investment due to a fabricated buyout story
Who is paying you? When will they be paying it? When was the deal signed?
