As you have shared your opinions, I have shared mine, as well.
That's what this board is for.

What IS wrong is for people to threaten one another over situations like this.

Airys, I don't know you, nor do I know anyone on this board.
That said, it's close to impossible for me to get on board with someone who says the company is gagged, but yet you communicate to us, through phone calls and emails, from them, updating us on what they say.

Read that again, if it doesn't make any sense to you.

Wow, not the kind of post one might expect from a moderator. Now that you have clearly stated that you do have an agenda and are aligned against other members it may be time to step down from the moderator role. There is no way you can be fair and objective at this point. Yes, you have reported what you have seen, warts and all.

It is your report that presented evidence of an ILLEGAL sale of 109 million UNREGISTERED shares.

It is your report that virtually ALL the restricted shares have been sold, which certainly appears to be a rule 144 violation.

Even if Sulja escapes all of the 1.4 millon judgement against Loftwerks and others, there is still the matter of a potential $100 million liability for securities violations, which increases to $300 million if it is a RICO case, which it well could be.

Do you really think Sulja could peddle $5 BILLION dollars of cement in the middle east, which is what it would take to cover a $300 million liability?

Airys, I don't blame you for being annoyed. Sometimes I'm shocked by the quality of the posts on this board. We are adults, right? And many of us are SULJA investors. Many have lost money. I have. I applaud you for your efforts, and wish you luck on your trip to Windsor. I am holding to my stock, and like others, I'm hoping to see it turn around. Good luck, Happy Holidays, and safe journey.

Yes I get it. Lawyers are hired by a company to accomplish a task, just like any other employee. Your theory is very easy to test. Everybody, when you to back to work, after Christmas, walk up to the President of your company and say: "You're gagged because whenever you open your mouth you fail to tell the truth". If they never speak another word, this theory makes sense.

One thing about the company being gagged. They are not gagged by any legal power, ie the court, or the SEC. They are gagged by their OWN attorneys. They can choose to ignore this advice, and speak anyway. BUT, if the attorneys are telling them not to speak for their own protection, well, then they have a need for that protection, and if there is a need for it, that is bad news for us.
