Hedge is probably right with the class B share issue. Pretty simple stuff. I think you are drastically underestimating the time it takes to get these things done. This isn't a good play for flippers if that's what you wanted.
Auditing was supposed to be happening, so I'd suggest you reach out to Tony. It was promised this year (I believe this quarter) along with an uplist, but a few bad things happened so we probably should be hearing something on that soon.
They are selling products in retail with an excellent new product line and it looks like that is going well, so I'm not sure how any of that equates to a scam.
