Patrick Netter & now PVDG CEO James Katzaroff have been at this for some time now. That's why I think the pace of developments is about to increase rapidly now that the old notes seem to be done.

Note the dates on these 2 TM filings below. IMO Netter sought out Katzaroff for his OTC experience and together he & the soon to be CEO found (OTC Pink: PVDG). At that point "Patrick" was already heavily involved. Game plan was in place and being executed.
