here's the OTCmarkets website definition of a shell

"A Shell Company is a company, other than an asset-backed issuer, with no or nominal operations and either 1) no or nominal assets; 2) assets consisting of cash and cash equivalents; or 3) assets consisting of any amount of cash and cash equivalents and nominal other assets, as defined by Securities Act Rule 405 and Exchange Act Rule 12b-2. SEC reporting companies designate their shell status in their periodic filings."

$ICBT is shell status reported on OTCmarkets website

"Any news yet?"
I do not see any news today
last known public PR is 2013
https://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/ICBT/news

I personally wouldn't expect a PR release from any shell status company unless a change in shell status or control, at least from my experience speculating in shell status companies

"why all this heavy volume"
possibly a shell speculation play?, possibly traders taking risk of a shell play?, not sure anyone can answer definitively why the heavy volume

Likewise, any other stock or options on any market, risk is inherent to the underlying asset, each investor or trader should determine the amount of risk they are willing to take

Obviously, there are no guarantees with any equity, if asset prices were guaranteed, there would be no need for a public marketplace, right?

So, my answers are in effect, an effort, to convey to anyone on the board this is a shell play and there are risks, do not speculate with what you cannot afford to lose

Hope this has helped!
