its very confusing actually and I remember looking at this at the time. The Map from the 3/16 press release shows a new pipeline where it is connected on both ends to Monobuoys which is relevant for oil, not natural gas. Now the PR on the 18th does have a legend with refrerence to natural gas pipeline across the Isthmus but its not ever actually discussed anywhere. BUT I also know from talking to Ward back at the conference that there is a plan for a natural gas line, honestly I wish I paid better attention. How we could be so unclear for something so important continues to astound me.
