YOU (Congress) Have had 11+ years to help do something about this but did not for other stupid reasons.

YOU congressmen and women (quite a few) are directly responsible for this result.

I'm a busy conservator and FHFA boss! So, if you have nothing to add that helps this situation become better, then please...STFU!
