Maybe you didn’t catch my drift...it was sarcasm. No news just = no news but unfortunately people turn it around to mean something scary and it’s my observation that whenever we do get news even good news it’s turned and spun but that is the formula. From next week through September we should be getting a lot of different pieces of news.

"I just would like to know how the undergrad received the information that Brilacidin was part of a project at GMU in the first place when the shareholders are in the dark as to which rbl, phri and/or university"

What undergrad is that?

The following appears to have been contributed by Elizabeth Grisham (not an undergrad) on George Mason's behalf:
"Disclaimer: AAAS and EurekAlert! are not responsible for the accuracy of news releases posted to EurekAlert! by contributing institutions or for the use of any information through the EurekAlert system."

The page even links to the Official Twitter feed of George Mason University:

The contributor is described as a GMU "Media Contact".

The same article, "Reviewed by Emily Henderson, B.Sc." (not an undergrad), appearing in Medical Life Sciences News, was apparently simply "picked up" by that publication.

"I just would like to know how the undergrad received the information that Brilacidin was part of a project at GMU in the first place when the shareholders are in the dark as to which rbl, phri and/or university"
You might be asking the wrong question. Why didn't IPIX reveal the information as to which rbl, phri and/or university?

If GMU wasn't supposed to make that peewee grant public either they weren't told or they forgot. Did IPIX say they had a non-disclosure agreement with the researcher or was that just message board talk?

What undergrad are you referring to? Maybe I missed it.
