Sorry you are not correct. Read the conditions as stated from the SEC website:

"These conditions are:

the issuer of the securities has ceased to be a shell company; (met)

the issuer is subject to the reporting requirements of section 13 or 15(d) of the Exchange Act;" (not met)

The Company is non-reporting and therefore not subject to the reporting requirements. They would need to file a new Form 10 to do so.
