Crew not allowed to come to mine site - No new ore added to leach pad
Oil deliveries shut down - Diesel to run equipment in short supply
Refineries shut down - Difficult to sell dore
Cyanide in short supply - leach cannot be optimized
Lime delivery shut down - unable to balance pH of leach pad
Spare parts unavailable

Is this speculation or fact? If just speculation, fair enough.

If fact, then it appears that PT is lying (again). If crew cannot come to mine site and no new ore added, doesn't that contradict what was in PRs?

Also, if fact, where did you hear this info?
