#224937 RE: S.A.G. #224932

Airys - did you bother to ask what the contents of the letter was and Petar refused to tell you or were you afraid to ask?

So what does the OSC letter say? First thing I would have asked is that he read it to me and then fax me a copy.

thanks man. i sent the sec a "note" using your link and some of your post but also with some of my own parts.

why the hell can't they fire the team of lawyers that are keeping them from communicating to the public?!?
you must've asked that by now. if not, please do. that is by far the most pertinent piece of info at this moment. It makes no sense whatsoever. the most obvious answer is that the lawyers are keeping the company from incriminating itself. WE NEED TO DISPEL THAT NOTION. If we can, then trading can resume more positively. If we can't, then the uncertainty is warranted.

Airys418, Here are two questions for you to please answer.
1. If you could have all your money out of SLJB right now with no loss or gain, would you take it?
2. Would you recommend this stock to anyone for purchase at this time?

SEC is going to do whatever they feel like with this stock, halt or no halt is beyond shareholder's requesting SEC otherwise...be realistic...we hope company comes out with audited financial and all assets/operating business are in SLJB that was promoted by Steve Sulja...otherwise the stock will be halted and so will Petar and Steve Sulja...as simple.

I am not in any way compensated by the company or any of it's employees to do what I am doing.

If SLJB is paying for the tickets you are being compensated.

Finally, this will get looked into by someone other than an insider. This is good, or bad, depends on what is found out. My take, Petar has some splainen' to do.

Thanks for doing that and hopefully that's all there is. I feel bad that people got worked up ( myself included). I was just posting what I had heard and thankfully you were able to find out what it was about. That's the beauty of the internet. Have a good Christmas with your family and good luck next week.

airys: if company has good counsel and has nothing to hide there should be no problem imo--petar receiving a letter could apply to the company as well--steve not receiving any letter doesn't necessarily mean steve and/or the company is not involved-it does explain to me why we have had no follow-up to the most recent pr-are you guys still planning/planned a trip?--thanks and have a merry christmas

Although I have not seen or know any detail about what he has received, he has stated to me that he feels that the lettter was directed more at him than anyone else.

Why didn't you ask him to fax it to you?

#225118 RE: S.A.G. #224932

Airys, you're words are concerning me. You keep stating that this company deserves a fair chance to defend itself.

Think about what you're saying AND what you're asking posters to do.
You're talking so matter of factly and I feel that there's something more to what you're trying to express.

Lets get on the same page here, ok ?
This company has had PLENTY of time and OPPORTUNITY to communicate with the shareholders at large.
YOU ALREADY KNOW THIS - EVERYBODY KNOWS THIS.

SLJB has had one excuse after another - one broken promise after another.
How many times did they promise - even through you and HOG that they were going to do something, like release a PR, explain the company structure, confirm a deal, release the AFs and it goes on and on.

Wake up !! Protect our investment ??!! Are you serious ??
You'll tell me that the laywers have them gagged - WHY ?? WHY are the lawyers gagging them ? Something going on behind the scenes ? Something you already know ?

You CAN'T tell all of the posters that SLJB management could not have released ANY PRs, communicating to the public shareholders as to what is going on.
You can't because you know it doesn't make any sense AND the more you try to convince shareholders that they should still believe in this company, to the tune of what you want, the more it looks, to me, that there's more to you than just another shareholder in SLJB.

Look, you're going on this trip, "100% more prepared" to see contracts and other things that you won't legally be able to share with us.
If you could, legally, so could SLJB AND you wouldn't have to fly up to see for yourself.

I'll tell you, this whole thing just doesn't smell right to me and I'm sure I'm not the only one.
You're just trying, too hard, to convine posters to see it your way.- IMO.

Airys, are you forgetting the most important thing here?

What does it mean when the former CEO of SLJB and current "control" person receives a letter from the OSC to cease any trading in the stock?

Airys418, you say Petar has said he has not traded any shares... Who sold the 100 million shares at an average of .12 on the cement deal, that was later retracted?
