well he offered on a public place and you turned him down. you could've accepted and gone from there. if he lied, more evidence against. if its not a lie, you coudlve gotten insight into it.

health for life accepts debit cards, most dispensaries in az do, its just a fee to use it. once again, the merchant fee is usually passed to the consumer
