Toad-That info is not true. They do not need to dillute first before doing a reverse split. Nowhere does it say in any SEC rules or any other rules that a company must first dillute before doing a reverse split. Some companies do dillute first before reverse splitting, but those are scam companies, and after they r/s, they dillute again, then keep repeating the cycle. Many have talked to management at FCCN and they have all gotten the same answer, no dillution will occur.

Unfortunately your question was answered by either a basher or a newbie who doesn't know what he is talking about. A good way to judge a poster on Ihub is by looking at the date their alias was born and how they handle themselves. The guy that answered you just got here within the past 2 months, and based on his posts he really doesn't know what he is talking about but thinks he does or is a basher. I've seen Chartinator and Obi Penny around for a while, and feel they can be trusted and prudent in their analysis, you may want to post your questions to them in the future:)
