and guess what?..kims legal advisors know that very well...no major companies ever stay completely quiet during quiet periods...they understand they have a company to run and shareholders to answer too...so they continue to run the company and at the same time, adhere to the QP rules because THATS THEIR JOB...
if you asked their lazy assed lawyers, they would say "best not to say anything" because that makes it so much easier for them...but most competent ceo's understand that is really not good advice...unless of course, you want to use it as an excuse...
