There is no chance of igen losing this settlement. This will settle out of court before the hearing. A signed agreement that had an immediate impact on IGENs current and future state is a smoking gun. I’m surprised it has not been settled already with accruing fees and interest every day. But soon. Hang onto igen and it will be over .05 next month.
