I do NOT think that this is an overreaction in any way. We have to do this to combat any negative complaints to the SEC IN CASE something actually is in the works. Waiting for events to happen is not always the best time to act.

We MUST be prepared just in case. Believe me, if this is true, you will all wish you had acted sooner. We already know tons of negative complaints have been sent to the SEC by bashers and others.

Why not balance it out with opposing views from shareholders who want nothing more than a fair chance for the company to defend itself?

The more prepared we are now, the better we will be able to defend ourselves if any of this is true.

Overreaction? NO WAY!!!!

Guys, trust me. We cannot take the chance! This is by far the most important thing we can do RIGHT NOW as shareholders.

It is our right and we MUST demand it.

Guys, I ask you with every breath to please help me out here! I am doing everything I do to help all of us. I cannot do this alone. Please help!!!

Airys, NOT a good idea... After being with the US goverment for several years ( in many departments ), I know that unless you know that SLJB is going to be haulted, you DO NOT want to bring any more attention to the company than it is already getting. DON'T complain to Uncle Sam unless you want them to start looking into this.. This is NOT the direction you want to go...

You do not know for sure if they have received any complaints from stockholders ( about fraud )or have any proof that the SEC intends to hault trading... Without that information, you will only bring down the wrafth of goverment investigations if you start denying something that they have not heard of yet....
