It looks to me that It is a reverse merger with Summit in every way!

Is Summit a shareholder owned public company? If not, there can be no Reverse Merger! Plus, what real company, which is supposedly solid, would want to be strapped with SPRV's baggage, i.e. 13 BILLION Outstanding shares, no assets and a mountain of debt! The crap doesn't go away with an RM!

Actually, it's laughable to think another company would be this desperate to be traded on the OTC Pink Sheets, unless of course it were to be just another scam in waiting!

BTW, I will do the real DD over the next few days!
