thx, I seem to recall an article a while ago that leaned me that way..But just reviewed Judge Bashant's order confirming NDA doesn't hold up..But I believe Whistleblower needs to lead to minimum $1m in damages to receive snitch reward..

Curious if Shearin has given this some thought?
