That is surely a Rain Man observation :-)

Is it meaningful that you can juggle these numbers around a bit and swap a 1 for a 4 you can get the same number?

In the beginning, these were the original claims:

these claims comprised both a system and a process..in the USA, there are 5 types of Utility patents--you can only attempt to patent one within a singular application

the USPTO required the co. to elect either the System (machine) or the process
