The display says $4.95 when placing the order, but on the back end the comm is zero but they slap on the $15 foreign exchange fee. I see if Platinum is an option.

Orhto... I reread your post. I have TD Ameritrade, not ETrade. I did just find out that with some (not all) foreign stocks (those that have the "F" on the end of the ticker like RLFTF does), that the broker can charge a monster annual or semi-annual ADR fee. It could be as high as .02 per share. Fortunately the 3 COVID stocks that i own (including RLFTF) do not have that ADR fee. But I do have the $15 foreign exchange fee. I don't know how Etrade got around that.
