Someone posted earlier that they thought the guy who bought an additional 1,031,746 shares yesterday @ 0.63 was upset.

I would assume he was already well vested into this stock at a low price and had some intel yesterday to get more for some reason. I would think he now owns about a 0.2% stake in total of the company that has a therapeutic for COVID.
