It’s the transfer of tens of millions of shares at their cheapest price ever just before ind is submitted.

Whoever else is buying these is going to make multiple times their investment when ind is submitted.

Even more if financing us already arranged and will be announced soon.

So who is making them available to these buyers?

It doesn’t make sense to sell at these prices when ind submission is so close..

Unless the sales are laundering stock at record low prices????

Oldmusky here is a question for you. As far as I know no one associated with this company which we call insiders have ever bought a share of this stock. If this companies invention is the best thing going and is tops in its field plus they know IND about to be filed and most assured will be proved .... then why haven’t they personally bought shares themselves especially at these give away prices.

Doesn’t that seem strange to you. Does hildago own any shares. I eoykd have to look again. Why hadn’t he loaded up ..., this such a strange company

We are on the cusp of filing an IND for an unmet medical need and we are about to go sub penny. Something is not right here

Yeah, MMs do what they do in penny stocks. Accept Bid/Ask orders from a broker that can't fill the order internally, and then get their cut of the commission on both sides. Also in play is 3rd parties contracting with them to dump the discount shares. With the MM trying to sell the shares on behalf of their client without trashing the Bid stack.
