yes, but it was the best CC ever.. unbelievable. It is obvious the CEO is as unethical as there is. his attempt to have the CFO explain the Mikah deal was a joke.

The Concerta application is now at least certain if not imminent. SunGen getting out of the US drug business had put its future with Elite into question. I think that potential loss has weighed heavily on the stock price. Once they file the application the market will bake that impact into the price and SP will start improving. It will also be 100% Elite's. The most important sentence in yesterday's discussion for me was "We resolved the issues with SunGen and this product now is with Elite."

Nasrat ALREADY stated on the June 2020 conference call that they are going to develop Concerta "up to a point" where they can run a clinical trial ... and that's it.

Read between the lines.

Elite will NOT be waiting for the approval of Concerta AND they won't ever launch it. That will be the job of the company who buys us.

And why is that?

Because Elite is ALREADY having trouble keeping up with SO MUCH demand for both Adderall products that they are having to spend TONS of money upgrading their existing equipment and as well as trying to come up with CLEVER ways to EXPAND their existing facility which is a PERMANENT structure.

2nd shift ALREADY started last year and Lannett is currently quote "working on MULTIPLE contracts".

It's about to be GAME OVER for Elite ... within two years.

And when I say GAME OVER it means BUYOUT.
