Agree with your comment -“UK and EU operate independently of FDA. There are drugs available in Europe not currently available in the US. “

However all those drugs are tested in those countries. There is no drug that is approved in EU or U.K. for which trials are conducted in US only and US has not approved.

i cant imagine np would put out that presser without having had positive preliminary conversations with the uk. would anyone? "hey im gonna throw a hail mary. someone please catch it." even more so knowing that the turnaround on a response is 36/72 hours. it would be like putting a gun to the stock...
the fact that the presser was released has to be because there is positive chatter going on already. IMHO

Scooter, I agree with you regarding other than U.S. approval. CytoSorbents, a company whose stock I owned/traded for years, has a product approved in 53 countries, many for years, and that product is still not approved in the U.S. There are many here whose attitudes have gotten very "dark" the last few weeks. I can understand, based on the dwindling pps, but the company has never been in a better position than today. I sense there are many here that have invested (bet) more than they can afford to lose. People, this is an OTC, pre-revenue biotech after all. You might consider having your core shares, and your trading shares, and to not be greedy, when, for example, the pps goes from .30 to $10 in a matter of months. Just saying.....
