1) There was new debt.
2) The infrastructure is not worth $10 Million, and
3) They will produce gold for years? The drill data do not suggest that gold production is sustainable. There is no feasibility study to back up such a statement.

And a bonus lie........They do not have any evidence that the Julio vein goes to 2,000 meters.
