hi binzur, this is real cheap for a home built on a golf course.

i think i may ask one of my golfing friends in that area what a lot and size of the lot go for before the home is built. and the person did their own building on their lot.

golf course properties have tripled here in az. i can say this from a horses mouth.

maybe sand is worth more than black dirt or red clay?

i rather have pure balck dirt. imho.
