This is a bold move for this company, at least in the near term. Those articles from June-now are no longer relevant, the claim of 21 other data points isn't relevant (if there were 21 other success stories, the doctors who watched over them wouldn't be able to keep their mouths shut).
Not necessarily a make or break forever moment, since the guy was in such dire condition to begin with, but the PPS will probably react a lot on the results of this one case. For the sake of the firefighter, and for everyone, I hope this drug does work.
