They can't do a rs in bk... so they first will come out of bk and that will pump the price. After that sprint north they can see what rs is needed to get back to NASDAQ. So the rs can only come after BRTXQ comes out of bk, by then, the pps will already have skyrocket imo

They can't R/S in BK, but usually a R/S to bring a stock into NASDAQ ends up INCREASING in value, due to the instant availability of big money players.
