There is no such thing as a “filing" to a regulator in stinky pinky world. They provide voluntary disclosures through a public company called OTC Markets. They offer a service for them to publish these disclosures and news, i.e., pay to play. OTC Markets is not a regulatory agency, nothing is vetted for accuracy.
