LCA is still scheduled to close before the end of the third qtr. Nothing has changed. The statement in regards to the fourth qtr. is a safety clause that's a standard in many of these acquisition filings. At its absolute latest, it could close 10/1 (fourth qtr.) but every other transcript or report will suggest a close in the third qtr.
My guess is LCA will complete between September 15th and October 1st.
