First off, during his 2.8 billion dump he was talking and essentially hyping while massive dumps were on going on...shoukd have had those convertibles pa id then. Not now..

Third, he's still fnking around 15 months later..revenues dropped, and compensation increased 4 fold...while he takes 0 skin in the game.
4th, on FB talking about meeting buddies at the casino.. not very professijnal but certainly raises eye brows.

6th..you can spin this any way you want, bottom line is there is. Constant dumping now for about six straight months without any let up....dumb as fk..he could let this thing move to the $1 range and then slowly dilute if he needs funds to run the business.
