WE HAVE NO IDEA what is or isn't going on here and any that tell ya anything different is feeding ya a line of CHIT

I fully admit, I DO NOT know what is going on HERE but I do KNOW IT LOOKS LIKE

HOUSTON WE HAVE A PROBLEM!!!!!!!!!!

AND ONE BIG PROBLEM is 7 plus MILLION SHARES that are NOT ACCOUNTED for in form 4 filings for an officer of the COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well, since they have disclosed there a more multiple bidders I find it highly unlikely a judge would approve of one of the bidders buying up all the shares. Then there would be no need for the bidding process. So rest assured the judge and jcp have not agreed to something like that.
