It wasn't funded because of the lack of ability of those running the company. Now that a fund has brought its expertise to the table, there will be no lack of funding. PLUS, the fund (Auctus) has "skin in the game." That is, they have shares which were converted from the debt owed them. Do your DD and quit trying to crush the pps!
