OWS is run by the army. It is meant to assist with every aspect of getting the treatment to market. Cytodyn could sure use the help.

I think for now a partnership of some sort for ONE maybe TWO indications would be in order, either with OWS or BP. The cash could be used for other disease trials. :-)
