As i understand it, the current auditors have been employed since 2016 auditing financial statements of UDF. If they were unable to complete their audit due to litigation, not sure why they haven't stepped aside.
If the reason that UDF is not publishing financials is because they somehow think this will be advantageous in their litigation with Bass, I would think they are mistaken. I would think any judge would look at that as evidence that this company is hiding something and would use that against UDF in its litigation. Just my opinion.
