The deals their talking about are for supply (inhaler) and distribution (of drug RLF-100). They also said the supplier (inhaler) has the largest footprint in USA (a USA based company). So for arguments sake which of those descriptions does Roche fit?

IMO, If Roche or any of the truly Big Boys are involved in a deal with Relief - it's waaay bigger than supply and distribution for US operations.
