Coach, did you ever find out how Ian lost all of his shares in TAM deal, since he was the founder and issuer of those shares? Why would he transfer the shares(51%) to Verus without receiving funding? His shares(49%) should have never left him and probably Anders possession, but now he’s telling you he never received shares.... it’s all so curious.... now he’s on social media talking SEC escalation, which could be seen as childish at best, market manipulation at worst.

I’m not sure what all happened with TAM, but it looks like it was sold as a functioning facility, making masks and gowns, then when transaction happened, no more materials, no more function. Anshu said hell no! And came to the same conclusion as your original though, ZC scam, damnit!

I’m starting to think this deal was so bad that after preliminary investigation, McGown told Anshu not to pursue it, Anshu ignored because he figured he had to do something extraordinary because of covid. McGown then said ok, don’t want my council? See ya! Then when deal went through, Garnock had the same thoughts as McGown, and bounced.... maybe because McGown bounced.
