Interesting. Do you have a link? Honestly I always thought that FDA guidelines are not going to kill bad players and eliminate them from the market. After all FDA hasn't enforced anything other than warning letters for years BUT I was hoping that only the best ones that comply with FDA would be able to enter big chain stores.. which should be a game changer and should make significant impact on revenue.. basically FDA has no resources to chase bad guys imo.. But if you have 3rd party coming in to help.. then yes, now this is possible. The question is if that creates more corruption or its going to be fair game. Who is it? Any more info?
Nope! The interim regs. will still come out and I'm still calling this month for it. THAT study may eventually factor into the final regs. or even update interim if early enough.
