Did they get that extension from the FDA?

We are confident Avita is well protected beyond their patent expirations. RECELL is not a small molecule drug, which face significant patent cliffs (e.g. Lipitor, Viagra, Plavix) due to a simple product replacement scenario. RECELL’s composition of matter and method patents are set to expire in 2024 and 2032, respectively, but the Company has filed for patent extensions under the rules of extension for time lost during the regulatory approval. These patent extensions could provide up to five additional years, and we believe there is a high probability of a positive ruling. A decision from the US Patent Trademark Office (USPTO) could come in the second half of 2019.

Thanks for posting new incredible before and after pictures that confirm what we know RCEL is about to become. I have patience and time along with a small core of shares waiting for the turn again. Much bank has been made.

The intellectual property involved with RCEL will NOT be sold off or harmed in any way, It is securely held in Dr. Fiona Wood's foundation. When a big pharma comes for it, and we all know it will, there will be royalties for many years and much good done by Dr Wood with it. Do not be mislead.

Do your own research. There is enough information easily found to make even the most skeptical understand the reasoning behind the re-domicile and reduction of shares involved. Sorry Aussies, this one had to change away from penny ASX play. There will be no competition as the patents are secure.

Also if you understand that many do no discovery, and just see all RS as a negative, you would expect a drop, so it was wise to take profits ahead of it. I am ready with just core free shares to load the boat again...

RCEL will continue to grow it's sales and news of juvenile/cosmetics milestones will come. At that stage I believe it will be closer to a bidding war between big pharma and their deep pockets..

All the rest is hyperbole'
