Your post makes as much sense as the Obama speech last night. An open pit mine will NOT cost $160,000,000 start up. Vanadium from a Nevada mine is SO much more valuable than product from Usebeckistan or Usewhateverstan. Maybe some of those apples hit you on the head too much!!
