DC is the top global political powerhouse.

Delaware is #1 in USA for incorporated businesses.

Put the two together and it makes for nothing less than a financial power play.

But of course powerful people in DC would have insider information about clinical trials.

DC runs the FDA.

I'd bet there's plenty of newly incorporated companies coming online daily in Delaware throwing money into these COVID-19 plays.

There's a long history of DC types getting perp walked for insider trading.

Under RUMP the rules have been torched!
