I would honestly not even try to make money off it, let it go for cost, with the idea it would need full approval. That is WAY more important than trying to get top dollar for it. Get it out in the world for use, and it will come 2 fold as we will be able to get other indications approved in a more timely matter.

In restaurants it is known as a loss leader.
