That looks pretty good.

More work than I want to do at my account size though.

The "CASH" is a varying value with components of varying value.

But I guess you can simplify that by letting the actual cash vary without changing the stock portion unless neccesary.

Nowadays we're pretty much well blocked from buying US ETF's/funds thanks to the European Union

We can hold US ETF's, even sell some of the shares that we do hold ... but not buy. But supposedly you can acquire more shares if you buy the Options and then immediately exercise the Options to take delivery of those shares.

Or transfer funds offshore (outside of EU) - such as forming a Singapore based firm and more freely buy/sell whatever you like via that.
