Yes, a very solid swiss company with 20m Euro’s in projected revenues this year mainly due to the added interest due to covid.

I am really looking forward to to closing of this acquisition which is slated to close this quarter as per last 10Q guidance.

It will be the catalyst that puts our trading level above a dollar imo

Looks to me the products have been around for a while in Europe. This isn't a startup that has plans to make a product. They have had these units out for some time now. The demand for disinfecting products has increased since covid19. With the expansion world wide this makes 99 technologies extremely valuable. The plus side is the units use water based peroxide and silver to disinfect. Non toxic methods are preferred due to the recent news in the media about toxic chemicals in cleaners and sanitizers.
