If he has been looking into reviving this since 2018 then I would take the recent filings as a sign that he already has a plan for cleaning things up.


That being said, if this comes down to an RS to fix the overlimit situation, I believe it will because be has a major business that deserves a low AS.


Either way, this thing would still fly after an RS with a structure so small.
