The problem with your timeline for data submission to ESMO is they have said that they would notify the FDA first of the results.

On your timeline, that would be Monday for that notification. Dont know if that is realistic.

And I certainly do not think they will drop a bombshell on the FDA with a press release the FDA was unaware of. One way to really PO govt regulators is by not keeping them informed.
