$4.0m to Bgreen, I saw this Note disclosure indicating the payment for CBD equipment distribution and licensing agreement. Imagine $50k revenue company paying $4m payment for future distribution and license, meaning this is the biggest deal for them ever. They made payment already meaning they already started being benefitted from the deal that they had to make full payment. Do we see any sign of that yet?
What does Bgreen do? Are they CBD equipment distributor? Are they MJ producer? After searching hours about Bgreen, can’t find anything about their activities.
If you’re paying $4m to a company, which is 50 times bigger than your company’s market cap, you would expect that you’re doing something very big.
If anyone knows about the operation of Bgreen, please let me know. Either BBRW is doing something great or it’s a scam. Otherwise, who pays full $4m, before getting anything, to an unknown newly born company.
